“When I left school, I didn’t really know what I wanted to do,” says founder Chris Bertram. “My uncle had an electrical business, and I decided to help him out for a week. Before I knew it, I was starting an apprenticeship. I’ve always loved working with my hands, and while the academic side never came naturally, it taught me something important: if you believe in yourself and work hard, you can achieve anything.”
